Apartment Details

  The Portland Terrace Apartments are located just above the Portland State campus on SW Hall Street.  We have on-site clothing care facilities and separate storage units with a secured bike lock area.  Covered parking is also available. 


        

 
  



Here are some examples of what we have to offer:


One bedroom apartments:    700 sq. ft. of living space.  Shared balconies and windows in the living room allow for sweeping views of the city.  Upgraded kitchen appliances, including refrigerator, stove and dishwasher.  There are lots of cabinets and plenty of storage throught the apartment.   

   


    


Two bedroom apartments:  900 sq. ft. of living space including lots of extra storage and small private deck off of dining area.  Upgraded appliances including refrigerator, stove and dishwasher.
